Return and Refund or Exchange policy
1. Pointers
1.1. Return/Exchange Window: We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery for products with manufacturing defects.
1.2. SAMRINI will not be liable for short delivery or defective Products unless a claim is notified by you in writing within 48 Hours of delivery in accordance with Return and Exchange Terms.
1.3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.4. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the return, excluding taxes, shipping fees, or any additional charges.
1.5. Refunds will be made to the original payment method or, if possible, the method chosen by the customer.
1.6. Return initiation: Customers can initiate returns by contacting us through Whatsapp or email.
1.7. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and issues
2.1. All packages must be opened under video surveillance to show that any damage was not caused by the customer. Video proof is required for processing the request. In absence of video proof, Samrini holds the right to accept or dismiss the claim.
2.2. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exceptions / non-returnable items.
3.1 Excluded Products 1: Items sold under special offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
3.2. Excluded Products 2: Leggings and Capri. Please make sure to refer the size chart attached and choose correctly.
4. Exchanges
4.1. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds
5.1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
